When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, and information about the order (service type, quantities, timeline, and any notes). If you send us artwork, we keep the files so we can produce your order and make reorders easy.
We use your information only to provide the service you asked for: preparing your quote, sending proofs, producing and delivering your order, and answering your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Logos and artwork you send remain yours. We keep them on file so reorders are effortless, and we won't reuse them for anything other than your orders. If you'd like us to show your finished merch in our portfolio, we'll always ask first.
We take no payment through this website. Quotes and invoices are handled directly with you, so no payment-card details ever pass through this site.
To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you (including artwork files), email quotes@albertamerch.com or call (780) 555-0148 and we'll take care of it.
