What is digitizing and why is there a fee?
Embroidery machines can't read image files — your logo has to be converted into a stitch path by hand, balancing density, direction, and underlay. It's a one-time $45 fee; we keep the file forever, so reorders and new garment styles never pay it again.
What's the minimum order for embroidery?
Just 3 pieces, and they don't all have to be the same garment — a mix of polos, caps, and quarter-zips with the same logo counts as one order.
Does a stitched logo hold up in industrial laundry?
Yes — that's exactly where embroidery beats printing. Thread survives hot commercial washes that crack and fade prints, which is why coveralls, chef wear, and hi-vis usually get stitched.
Can you embroider garments we already own?
Usually. Bring them by — we'll confirm the fabric hoops properly. We just can't guarantee replacement of customer-supplied items if a rare machine fault damages one, which we'll be upfront about before starting.
